Recruitment

Hello! The recruitment committee is responsible for bringing in members that will create the future of our BMSA chapter here at Baylor. Not only is the recruitment committee dedicated to the recruitment of potential or prospective BMSA members, but we are also committed to maintaining relationships among BMSA’s current organization members. Ultimately, we want to engage pre-med students in an organization that enhances their knowledge of the medical field as well as immersing them in the community through service and leadership to create strong medical school candidates. Also, our committee is responsible for recruiting events such as Late Night, chalking, BMSA advertising, the End of Year organization survey, and among other things as well.
